    Quick Solutions Before You Write to Us

    Problem: File Upload Error (“Invalid File Upload Error”) โ†’ Convert your document from PDF to JPEG format โ†’ Keep file size under 250KB โ†’ Upload CAP ID also in JPEG format only โ†’ Use Google Chrome browser for best results

    Problem: Aadhaar Not Linked to Bank โ†’ Visit your bank branch with Aadhaar card + bank passbook โ†’ Request “Aadhaar seeding” at the branch counter โ†’ Alternatively, open an India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) account โ€” Aadhaar seeding is done instantly in real time โ†’ After linking, wait 7โ€“15 working days before re-checking on the portal

    Problem: Payment Pending for a Long Time โ†’ Check your Aadhaar-bank linkage status first โ†’ Verify your bank account is active (inactive for over 1 year = payment blocked) โ†’ Login to official portal โ†’ check PFMS payment status separately โ†’ If still unresolved, raise a grievance on the official portal with your Grievance ID

    Problem: OTP Not Received โ†’ Wait 5 minutes and retry โ†’ Check if your mobile number is linked to Aadhaar at uidai.gov.in โ†’ If mobile number changed, visit your nearest Aadhaar center to update
